A: The Digital Store is a single line of html code called an iFrame that can be inserted into an existing web page, or you can copy the entire HTML code into a new web page. There are videos to assist you installation as well. Make sure you go to Profile in the menu and enter your Paypal Email Address, otherwise the store will not work.

A: No, you do not own the products in the digital store. They are still owned and hosted on the owners websites, you are merely acting as an affiliate for the store owners.

A: You have not entered your Paypal email address in your Profile on Reseller Goodies. Without the Paypal email address, we have no idea how to generate your affiliate links.

A: The Digital Store itself is not modifiable, but, it is in an iFrame, which means all around it you can put your own links, header, footer and anything else that makes it your own.

A: Note: this has only been tested on self hosted wordpress installations. To do this, you need to install an editor that allows you to edit source on a page (the built in editor on wordpress does not allow this) Go to: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fckeditor-for-wordpress-plugin/ and get Dean's CKEditor Install this plugin in your worpress Then, when you go to edit the page that you want the Digital Store on, click on the "Source" button on the upper left hand corner of the editor. Q: I have just signed up, what do I do next?

A: The first thing you want to do is get the Digital Store installed on your website and drive traffic to it. That will make you money the quickest. After that, you want to start submitting your products to the store to take advantage of the viral nature of Reseller Goodies.

Q: Can you explain what the Digital Store is and what the purpose of the Digital Store?

A: The Digital Store is a turnkey store that is filled with MRR/PLR products. You put it up on one of your websites and drive traffic to it. If someone purchases one of the product through your store, then you get paid. It is that simple. There are lots of products in there over $47 and some as high as $97. You keep the entire amount yourself, through your Paypal account.

A: Submitting a product to the store involves configuring the 7 dollar script on your website to sell one of your products. MRR and PLR products work well for this. We then review your entry and if everything works and it is an ACCEPTABLE product, we will activate it and it appears immediately in everyones store (over 100 and growing at the time this is written). A: Yes, there is a very good reason! Make your initial product something that is viral, something that will get your name and links out in front of people. A: Yes, the 7 Dollar Script only works with Paypal.

Q: I have set up my store, people are trying to buy from me, but they are returned to a page that just keeps counting down. What is going on?

A: It could be one of three things.
First, make sure that your paypal account is a Business Account and not a personal one. The $7 script uses IPN and that only works with the Professional accounts.
The second reason for this behaviour is a broken $7 script, which means when you did your templates, etc, you broke something. Contact our help desk and they will help you resolve the issue.

The third reason may be that you have enabled IPN in the back office of your paypal account.
This is a setting where you enter a script url into the backend of your Paypal account, then ANY and ALL IPN transactions HAVE to go THROUGH that URL to be approved. THIS BREAKS MANY OF THE NEWER SCRIPTS!
Most newer scripts can generate the Paypal IPN on the fly and DO NOT NEED this setting enabled in the backend of your paypal account.
If you have a script that requires you to setup the Paypal IPN in the backend of paypal, then that script MUST be used on a domain BY ITSELF ONLY. No other scripts will work with that one on your domain as Paypal will expect ALL transactions from your domain to be answered by the script URL you have entered into the backend.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription to ResellerGoodies.com, please do the following:

Log into your Paypal account.
Find the last Payment To for David Cheyne Inc.

Click on the Details link.

Then look for a link at the top of the page that has the phrase "In reference to:" followed by a bunch of numbers and letters - click on that link

This will bring up the details of your subscription.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will find the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Click on it and confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription is now cancelled, you will receive a verification email from paypal and will not be billed any further amounts.

Submit Your Product

A: No, the whole premise of the Digital Store is for the store owners to get the commission. When you enter a Click bank or other affiliate site, the owners of the Digital Stores will not get the commission.

A: Good question, here are some guidelines. Reseller Goodies is about PLR and MRR, so those would be good products to submit. Also, we are about Marketing, or more specifically Internet Marketing, so it would be best to provide products that service or supplement those niches. It would not be wise to submit flowers, weight loss or dog training ebooks to the Digital Store as they have nothing to do with Internet Marketing, they are completely out of the niche. The store is themed to Internet Marketing and anything outside of that theme will be turned down. Any decision made on inappropriate products is final.
